30-Day Return Window

Return any eligible item within 30 days of delivery for refund or exchange. Item must be unused, in original packaging.

Email hello@usmegamarket.com with your order number and reason. We'll send a return label within 24 hours.

If item arrived defective or damaged: return shipping is on us. Otherwise, customer covers return shipping ($5.99 flat).

Refund processed within 3 business days of receiving returned item. Bank credit appears in 5-10 business days.
